Built ox-LDL-induced oxidative-stress models in RAW264.7 macrophages, optimised conditions with CCK-8 assays, and examined GPX4-related protein changes using Western blotting.

The Role and Mechanism of TGM1 in Retinol-Induced Skin Thinning
